“I cannot say enough good things about Hellertown Vet! I have taken my cat to multiple vets in the area, and Hellertown is my favorite BY FAR. Everyone on the staff is not only incredibly kind, but also efficient at their positions. Whenever I call with a question, the front desk always meets me with kind words and a determination to get me an answer. When I bring my cat in, the vet tech shows a passion for animals and will discuss the details with me on how my cat is doing, all while handling him in a gentle manner to keep him calm. Dr. Snyder explains exactly what he is doing during appointments and his thought process on which next steps would be best for my pet’s care, and I really appreciate how he will break down everything to me so I have a full understanding on what is going on with my cat. I also loved how he requested updates on how my cat was responding to the care, and was even willing to call and discuss it to make sure my cat is on the right path and is doing well. I met Dr. Bauer today and she was so friendly and did an amazing job working quickly but gently with my cat. I also feel the value for money this vet provides is the best in the area. Since the prices are fair (and they will give you quotes on the phone if you ask), I have been able to afford to bring my cat in more often and get him the best care available, and everything I just said is why I have recommended this vet to everyone I know with a cat or dog! “I have been taking my two cats here for a few years now and I am always so impressed by the care they receive here. They handle my cats very confidently but gently and their checkups are thorough and quick. I am especially impressed with how well they handle my girl cat who is not afraid to tell everyone exactly what she thinks. They were also very good with my boy cat when he injured his eye.
