Dr. Burke has also been incredibly patient with Dolly, who is very anxious at the vet, even taking off her white coat and sitting with her in the waiting room to help her feel comfortable. More recently, Dr. Valdes treated Dolly for a severe hot spot and showed that same patience by sitting on the floor with her to earn her trust before treating her. I've also had wonderful experiences with Alicia and Staci, the CVTs, and Karen at the front desk. Everyone is friendly, compassionate, and genuinely cares about both the pets and their owners.
