These gestures truly show how much they care, not just for their patients, but for their families too. We were also so impressed with the follow-up care after Layla’s surgery. The team continued to check in with us through both email and phone call multiple times, making sure she was healing well and adjusting comfortably. Knowing they were still there for us even after we left gave us so much peace of mind. Their continued support and genuine care for Layla’s progress truly set them apart. “Everyone at LRVSS that I delt with was amazing. I received texts and pics of my boy (he had surgery and had to stay over night, knee repair) and progress checks during the night. My stress level just got lower and lower thanks to this amazing team in keeping the owners in the loop step by step. It was upsetting not having my boy home at night but the text and pics helped me so much. Thank you for taking the feelings of the owners that are back home without their fur baby. Dr. Baia could not have been any more generous with his time and answering my questions. He was very personable, he didnt rush me and i was told over amd over, just call or email us with any questions. Everything they said they were going to do was done, not one call missed and then my boy came home with his discharge folder with little notes from the staff. Such a sweet touch.
