“CAUSED A FLOOD IN MY HOME, DIDN’T RETURN CALLS Unprofessional and makes costly mistakes, do not use this company. The owner of this company caused a leak in our HVAC system during his first visit to our home, causing thousands of dollars in damages to our HVAC unit and carpet. I learned about this leak after he charged for unneeded refrigerant and then repeatedly denied it on the phone. $400, and didn’t even check the lines on the HVAC unit. His routine service is a full-blown scam. After his error flooded my basement, I was promised a call back for 4 days in a row by their emergency dispatch. This company will cost you thousands of dollars in damage if you let them enter your home. I’ve never left a negative Google review before, but all future customers must beware! I wish I had read his Google reviews before calling, his last review had an identical experience. There are far better plumbing HVAC companies in Easton, the company that fixed Field’s error showed up to my house 25 minutes after I called and fixed it in about 1 hour.”

Casey knew exactly what to do to quickly replace our old inefficient system with a gas dual purpose system and finished the job on time as promised. The crew was very respectful of our property, and did exactly what they had promised. No issues, no surprises, just good well executed service. They followed up a few days later to be sure everything was working properly and answered any questions. Highly recommended !”

“WHAT A GAME CHANGER!!!! I have been without AC for two years. Casey responded very promptly to my request for an in home evaluation. He was very informative, professional, knowledgable and honest regarding my immediate as well as future system options. I was given the bottom line price and scheduled a service appt. immediately. Casey and Chad arrived as scheduled, put protective floor cloths down and worked basically non stop. They were GREAT and at the end of the day I had a wonderfully working new system. Casey also provided information on energy saving options as well as other resources to make sure my system was running as cost effectively as possible. I have told many people about Field's Service....they are definitely my go to company for AC and heating needs.”

“Had a heating system install that went well...until it gave me trouble and repeatedly stopped working multiple winters in a row now. Last year I was told they "dont service my area" even though they are the ones that installed it!!! Eventually sent a tech out, who had to come 2-3 times before a bandaid solution was put on it but no real problem detected by him other than my unit just shuts off and stops working...Happened yet AGAIN this year (shocking), and its only a 3 or 4 year old unit. I was told again that "we dont service your area", even though they installed the unit, have been out to attempt to help in the past, and their WEBSITE even says Lehigh Valley, where I AM.... I have had no returned calls back, or returned messages other than one single text saying "we dont service your area". This is a new unit and should NOT be failing like this. Nothing like having a 45 degree house in the winter the night of a snowstorm and them not wanting to help or offer solutions to their installation and equipment. Thanks Field's Service! My realtor recommended this company when i needed my system, as she does to many of her other buyers. I will be telling her to stop recommending them after this. No solutions to the services and unit I paid a hard earned $8,000+ for. Deeply regretting not going with the original company I had in mind.”

“Casey was very knowledgeable and professional from providing the initial estimate to the final installation of our heat pump/mini splits for our attached apartment. He and his helper Chad were trustworthy and competent in all aspects of the installation. Would highly recommend them to family and friends.”
