“Ur staff (Calebe) and his helper are extremely courteous and helpful. This is a manufactured home which required them to go underneath the home to do the repair. They had to cut some insulation and cut the plastic membrane. Repaired it to the best of the ability. In the bathroom some damage was done to my garden tub which they will discuss with u to cover the repair. Please be in touch with me. Linda Hendershot.”

“The advisor the came to my house to give me the estimate to replace À/C was very professional and very acknowledge. He took pictures of all À/C parts/ station of my old À/C and explained with detail everything that will be replaced by his company. After I accepted the estimate offer everything was written in a contract document. For the installation, there was 3 young guys very polite/ professional and after they finished with the installation they left everything clean!”

“Employee was kind and performed assigned tasks. HOWEVER when the AC was turned on the following day the owner noticed the thermastat increasing inside temperature while the AC was set lower. There was definately an issue. On Sunday the homeowners son noticed the outside AC unit was'nt running. The power box was open and what looked like a circuit was left on top. The homeowners son connected this piece and the unit turned on. The inside temperature instantly became cooler. Was not happy!”
