“New to the area had some difficult experiences with some contractors. Got a recommendation that Services United always did what they said. Our condenser was shot i called them at 8am they were here by 10:30am. Everything from my initial conversation with the woman (Jerri) from their office to the mechanic (Corey) that came out on the service call was incredible. The Technician Corey diagnosed the issue within 10 minutes had an estimate for the parts and work within the next 5 minutes. I thought it was a fair price having someone come out last second and get it resolved in about an hour was worth every penny. Will definitely use them again and recommend them in the future. This company is professional, honest and has incredible communication. Being in a situation without cold air I really appreciated their communication on everything that had to do with this service call giving us an eta, the name of the person coming along with a picture of him. Then the tech Corey called to give his time of arrival. They were on it from start to finish. Thats all I want is honesty, time frame, quality work and at a fair price. They got all four true Grand-Slam.”

“So far this place has been really good! My AC shorted out last year and I ended up needing a new one. They did a good job installing the new one and I thought the price was reasonable. I joined their monthly subscription for maintenance and today Matt K came by to check everything out. He did recommend a duct cleaning and I knew that would be coming soon. I don't think this house has had a duct cleaning ever so after 19 years of air conditioning it was time to get some work done. I am happy they have this service and will get all the dust out of the system.”

“Yes, I am happy with my 1st year’s heating comfort with my new furnace & can now begin to enjoy my air conditioning after my on time service call & system checkup. Brad came back to provide the final adjustments from a satisfactory original December installation providing everything that was requested as part of the original system quotation along with a new no charge thermostat. The rest of the crew from the original furnace delivery & installation should all receive high approval ratings for their work that day in case I never provided a review at that time.
