What People Are Saying About Valley Eye Group
“After close to 4 years, I have left this practice and can not recommend. First, when I had my cataract surgery and told them I was allergic to the tape and needed paper tape, I was sent home with the regular tape. Told them when I went back for the second eye, said it would be noted. Got out and had the regular tape on. Through the process, my double vision was not handled properly and they don't know how to accurately prescribe prisms. Then I had a referral to be seen ASAP from the emergency department, when I called for the appointment I was told they couldn't get me in for over a week. So I had go to the on call ophthalmologist. When I returned for followups over the next year I discovered the notes from my neuro-ophthalmologist were not read. The kicker was when my new eyeglasses were not done correctly and I went back to have the RX adjusted, I asked Pat what was changing and she replied "your answers" and then told me this was the last pair of free lenses I was getting. Pardon me. I have spent thousands of dollars of lens at Valley Eye. There is no reason a patient should ever be treated like they are an inconvenience. If you can't handle something correctly, you make appropriate referrals. Happy to say, the new practice I am using is pleasant, they take their time, and have me seeing well again.”

“From the time I walked through the door I was greeted with smiles and professionalism. Everyone at the front desk was helpful and courteous. I was brought back to my exam in a timely manner and the individuals taking care of me were as nice and professional as how I felt in the front office. After my exam I was fitted for new glasses by someone that was like interior designer for the eyeglass world. She took time and new what would fit and be comfortable for my face structure. In all, it was an excellent experience and I came away feeling I received excellent care as well. Seems like a great place to work!”
