What People Are Saying About Premier Optical

“Dr. Bennicoff is wonderful! I’ve been using this practice for several years now and it’s always been a great experience. He is personable, patient, and most importantly extremely thorough. He answered all of my questions and even took extra time to go through my prescription with me when I had a concern. A note that there is an additional cost for the advanced eye scans, which is addressed up-front.”

“I recently had an optical wellness exam and wanted to share my experience. The eye exam itself was very pleasant. The doctor was professional, thorough, and made the appointment comfortable from start to finish. I truly appreciated the care and attention during the exam portion. Unfortunately, the experience changed when it came time to order glasses. The retail side of the office felt noticeably less welcoming. The staff assisting with eyewear seemed somewhat annoyed and uninterested, which made the process uncomfortable. Customer service is such an important part of the overall experience, and this part fell short. I was also disappointed to learn that they no longer accept outside frames for new prescriptions. In the past, this was allowed, so the change came as a surprise — especially since I was hoping to use a pair of frames I really like. I understand policies can change, but clearer communication and a more helpful attitude would have made a big difference. Overall, the clinical care was excellent, but the eyewear retail service did not match that same standard.”

“I was highly impressed with Target Optical on Cedar Crest Blvd. Zach was great, very personable and easy to talk to, he thoroughly listened to what I had to say ,and took notes of everything. Dr. Chung was absolutely fabulous. He was probably the most thorough, optometrist I have ever seen. He explained each test he performed, and was so incredibly helpful, in making sure my prescription was perfect for me. I highly recommend!”

“Great experience. I went to my appointment, somehow when I got there my appointment was gone. Mitchel was so pleasant and helped get me back in for my appointment time. The dr was amazing and did not take long at all.”

“This is my second time there. The first time was with my brother as a client, but this time I went myself. The service was excellent, from the moment they welcome you until the end. I loved the attention they gave me; they are very friendly and help you with everything. The doctor was very good, as was the young man who prepares everything before you see the doctor, and the guy who helps you with the glasses afterwards. I think his name is Erin, and he was very kind to me. I highly recommend this place. The service was excellent, and the prices are very reasonable.”
