“I highly recommend Lehigh Valley Eye Care Associates. The doctor was very thorough, professional and approachable. I ask a lot of questions and she answered all of them. She went above and beyond for me, when I took my daughter for her exam, she actually looked at my eyes because I told her that I got something in them and they were bothering me. It turns out I have dry eye syndrome. She told me treatments that would help and it worked. It was great because I just had my exam the week before so it also saved me a visit! 5 stars!”

“They did a terrible job with eye exams for both my husband and I. They tried to charge our vision insurance, medical insurance, and then us for added “diagnostic” fees for “dry eyes” after stating everyone in the Lehigh Valley has dry eyes as their reasoning. There was no additional work done outside normal exam activity. They just tried to tack on several made up diagnosis fees to get more money. They pushed cheaper quality contacts on me that hurt my eyes after I’ve said I’ve had the same brand for over a decade and love them and didn’t really want to try something new. I had to fight for my script so I could just purchase them online. They were trying to push the brands they have a contract with. All the glasses were way over priced. The doctors were young and unprofessional. They have been harassing us for several years now trying to make us pay another several hundred dollars out of pocket for simple eye exams, threatening to send us to collections. Luckily I’m well aware of PA laws that restrict medical fees under $500 going to collections having any impact on credit scores. Beware of their malpractice in charging absurd costs for unnecessary and unrelated fees for something as simple as an eye exam. Office staff and manager have been extremely unprofessional and rude as well. Additional note: Read the other 1 star reviews - same exact scam like activity. My insurance companies also both noted the billing was odd and didn’t sound correct. They refused to correct anything after countless attempts to reason with them.”
