Stoke Coal Fire Pizza & Bar

“Stoke Coal Fire Pizza & Bar is a lively restaurant in downtown Easton known for its coal-fired pizzas and vibrant bar scene. While the pizza is the signature offering, the menu also features a variety of salads, small plates, sandwiches, and Italian-inspired entrées. I started with the mac & cheese made with housemade gemelli and an artisanal cheese blend, finished with a parmesan panko topping. It was hot, rich, and creamy, but the cheese overwhelmed the pasta. Good overall, but better balance would have made it great. Next, I moved onto the famous wings, tossed in the chef’s hot honey and topped with caramelized onions, banana peppers, and Gorgonzola. It was a unique combination that was absolutely incredible! For pizza, I went with “The Meatball,” featuring vodka sauce, mozzarella, Anna’s meatballs, and parsley. It was light, crispy, and made with fresh, flavorful ingredients. When it comes to wings and pizza in the Lehigh Valley, Stoke is absolute top tier.”

“Went for Tuesday girl dinner with a friend! Truffle fries, caesar salad, vodka pasta, & a cocktail drink for $25. All was delicious, but the pasta was a lot spicier than expected. Definitely had my mouth burning. Our server Jada was super friendly and attentive. Would recommend and would come back again :)”

“First time and already excited for the next time. Food was spot on for flavor, texture, and presentation. Started with Cesar salad to share, the full size is plenty for a group of 3-4. The dressingwaa definitely made in house. It leans more acidic and garlicy, and the salad wasn't sopping wet with dressing. The croutons and shredded cheese were fire too. Sometimes these places that call themselves coal fire or wood fire can be a little gimmicky but Stokes is legit. The dough/crust was the star for me. Perfectly cooked, perfectly crispy, perfectly chewy. Good job chef. But I got the chicken pepperoni melt down pasta. Probably not enough people talk about the pasta dishes. The pasta are made in house. The texture of the pasta was perfect in my opinion. The sauce was very well balanced with salty, sweet, acidic, umami goodness. The chicken breast was moist and flavorful. But the star were the crispy pepperoni chips sprinkled on top for that perfect crispy, salty with a little kick of spice. Our drinks were just fine, we didn't get the espresso martini which is apparently their specialty so maybe next time The service was a bit slow but that's ok because the food was great! I think if you just order pizza it's much faster. The atmosphere was alright. It was a touch loud but I guess it's a bar but for smaller sized location, maybe turn the volume down just one click so customers don't have to scream and yell at each other during conversation leading to even louder atmosphere. Overall great time, great food. 100% recommend and will definitely be back”

“Absolutely delicious pizza, haven't had the chance to try anything else yet but I will definitely be coming back another time. The place can be very loud though, we had a rather loud group next to us shouting over each other while the rest of the place was more quiet. Bathrooms are also very nice and clean.”
