Pat's Pizza & Bistro Bethlehem

“I've come here a few times and dined in once! Great place but today disappointed me. I ordered the Sophia Lauren for the first time online, and selected the "Customize Option", where I marked NO MUSHROOMS. I go to pick up my order and then get ready to eat and see mushrooms. **I didn't want to pick too much in it as I wanted to take the picture but there were more mushrooms throughout the sauce at the bottom. I called explaining this, sounds like two people spoke to me who were young then the owner comes. His tone and approach was too curt for me. He didn't give me a chance to say much or explain but rather stated the sauce comes with mushrooms already mixed in. Online it says the ingredients are the following; blush wine sauce, mushrooms and then exotic mushrooms. I marked to not put any. So to me, that's abit deceiving to assume the customer knows your sauce has mushrooms in it. The menu should say that for your ingredients. Rather than let me speak, he said what he said and I kindly dismissed myself to avoid conflict. However I hope this review gives them consideration to add the details on the menu for the Sophia Lauren. And if you order this, please know that even if you mark NO mushrooms it still comes with them. But the first time I had this was with someone who had it catered and it was with no mushrooms (not even the sauce) so apparently they make it different depending on how much of the batch they make.”

“My new favorite spot! I got the Mediterranean pizza and it was amazing 🤩 this is the kind of place where I want to try every dish at least once because after trying my husbands lemon chicken pasta and my daughters spaghetti with shrimp in vodka sauce I don't think they will make something that isn't absolutely perfect. The atmosphere and the decor of this place is perfect and quaint and the staff are friendly, helpful and make you feel right at home. Looking forward to my next visit already. Compliments to the chef... Very talented!”

“Food is Amazing Every time... We have gone to Pat's on a few different occasions and the food is always amazing. From the pasta flights to the pizza. We have never had a bad experience. The restaurant it self might be a little on the small side but if your in the mood for some good pasta and pizza then Pat's is a must try. Especially if you like your pasta Aldente!!!”

“The place was easy to get to, good parking too. The food was absolutely delicious. Everything smelled and tasted amazing. The service was great. We had Scott, and he was a doll. The food came quick, and you get a lot for your money. We both had to take food home. Definitely worth the trip. We plan on going back, and I highly recommend the pappardelle and meatballs. Yum!”

“I tell you what, this place is phenomenal. Always have good service. Always have good food. Very consistent, kind. Welcoming atmosphere, incredibly friendly staff. My lady and I are somewhat regulars here, we live about an hour out but we make it a point to come here. Hands down best place around so delicious. Any bad reviews for this place are on the bad customers not this amazing place. Get yourself some cheesesteak egg rolls, a ceasar salad with some chicken and maybe a pasta flight and you’ll be happy the rest of the day guaranteed. Bring your whole family I’m sure they’ll love it too unless their tastebuds are broken, just saying my mom is the best cook when it comes to Italian food and this place is comparable to the home cooked meals I grew up with, always impressed here and happy to have lunch it’s incredible I can’t state it enough come here and have a good meal people!”
