“We celebrated my son’s 30th birthday at Meli European Taverna and WOW—what an unforgettable experience! From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was warm, inviting, and perfect for such a special occasion. The food? Absolutely incredible—chef’s kiss (yes, literally throwing a kiss in the air 😘). We enjoyed the Slow Roasted Lamb Gyros, European Sea Bass (Branzino fillet), Peri Peri Chicken, and Sesame Tuna, along with a few drinks—and every single dish was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. To make the night even more special, our server surprised my son with a delicious chocolate mousse cake for his birthday, which was such a thoughtful touch. And let me tell you… the Baklava Cheesecake? OMG. Beyond amazing! The entire staff was attentive, kind, and truly made us feel celebrated. It was such a beautiful family moment, and honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better way to bring in such a milestone birthday. I 100% recommend this restaurant and cannot wait to return. “We came here yesterday for Father’s Day and we absolutely loved it. It’s the sister restaurant to Yianna’s restaurant and that’s all you need to know. It was such a beautiful spot representing Greece/Mediterranean. You can tell so much thought and care was put into the entire experience of the restaurant. The chef killed it. Everything we tried was amazing. Our server and S.A we’re great. It truly was a lovely experience and we will be back again.”

“The ambiance here is fantastic—perfect for a date night or a nice dinner out. Our waitress was great and very attentive. But, I am giving 4 stars because I suffered severe lactose issues after eating. I had a dairy-heavy dish and drink, which normally doesn’t bother me but maybe between the drink and the food, it just didn’t agree with my stomach.”

“My brother and I had such a wonderful dinner at Meli European Taverna in Easton, and I cannot say enough good things about our experience! From the cocktails to dessert, everything was absolutely fantastic, but what truly made the evening so memorable was our server, Danielle!! She embodied what exceptional hospitality should be. From the moment we sat down, she was warm, personable, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. Her recommendations were spot-on and introduced us to dishes and pairings we might never have considered, and they genuinely elevated the entire meal. (WE LOVED the Kalamari and mixing the spicy feta with the tzatziki sauce!!) 🤤 We started with several spreads—the Vegan Skordalia, Tyrokafteri spicy feta, and Melitzanosalata—and every bite was delicious. The calamari with charred lemon and skordalia was outstanding. I ordered the Mushroom Risotto, which was rich, creamy, and full of wonderful earthy flavors, while my brother enjoyed the Ven Meli Pasta with roasted eggplant and tomatoes. I ended up boxing up my dinner to save room for dessert and coffee! The baklava cheesecake paired beautifully with an espresso, and the chocolate mousse was decadent and delicious. Had a box up more than half of my cheesecake because we totally indulged!! 🤣😂… But I’m going to be happily eating this later and thanking the chefs in this restaurant!! And the cocktails! We splurged a little and were so glad we did. The “Ohhh Lemon” was bright and refreshing, and “The Paloma” was fantastic. I also had a seasonal peach sangria that was absolutely to die for, and my brother ordered the most interesting Negroni with sun-dried tomato-infused liquor—it was unique and amazing! Even during a busy dinner service, Danielle made us feel like we were her top priority. She gave us thoughtful attention, checked in at just the right moments, and made our time together feel special. My brother and I were seated in a quiet corner, and the entire atmosphere felt intentional, comfortable, and welcoming. Danielle’s service went far beyond simply taking orders—she created an experience. Her kindness, friendliness, and genuine care made our evening all the more meaningful. Because of her, I would gladly choose Meli for family gatherings, celebrations, milestone occasions, or simply a great night out. I would happily book any kind of special occasion here because I know the experience would be unforgettable. I had not seen my brother since February, Because I live halfway across the world and it made it so special to dine here ❤️. 10/10 experience. We will absolutely be back, and we will definitely be bringing our family and recommending Meli to anyone and everyone. Outstanding food, exceptional cocktails, wonderful atmosphere, and truly one of the best examples of hospitality I’ve experienced. “I gave this place a 4 overall. The food was fantastic. I had the branzino and my wife had the pork chop, and they were amazing. Also, the calamari was outstanding. The cocktails were great. I had the smoked old fashioned. She had a Manhattan once again. Great job to the bartender. The waitress was good. She did forget one of our items and had to reorder it, but it was out quickly. The only issue that I had was the tables were a little wobbly, and it wasn't just the table we were at; it was the table next to us as well, so we had to be moved. So my only advice is to maybe work on those tables to get them so they're not so wobbly. If you're going to be paying 50 to 60 bucks for a steak, you should have a straight table that's not going to teeter.”
