What People Are Saying About La Kang Thai French Cuisine
“We stopped here to eat dinner at Someone’s recommendation. We decided to sit outside because it was a beautiful day but the server forgot to give the water and we had to remind him to three times to come and give us something to eat then we ordered the food food came in. The presentation is great but the trunk and noodles I found it very sweet. They gave the chili powder. Those were good, but I felt it was too sweet. The green curry was good. We ordered mushroom spring rolls. They were good too just three quantities the presentation was something different. I don’t know why they call it as French Thai. Overall experience was medium. I will not say anything very extraordinary.”

“Came here on a whim and so glad we did! The appetizers, especially, were fantastic. We started with the spring rolls (don't let the mushrooms scare you off), they were phenomenal, as were the ribs - fall off the bone! We both got the pad Thai, definitely had a little different spin on it than other pad Thai's I've had. The portions were plentiful and we took a good amount home! Service was great and the inside is very cozy!”

“Quiet and low key, perfect for a Tuesday dinner with a friend after work. First time at the flagship, had only been to the noodle bar prior. Fantastic food as expected!”

“Good food. The crabmeat fried rice was very good and tasty. The pad sew flat noodles are delicious. The spring roll is very nice more spring rolls would have been nice. The tuna tartar is delicious with all the right flavors. The thai teas are amazingly refreshing.”

“Tried the Pad Kee Mao and Basil Fried Rice, Kee Mao was slightly better, but overall both dishes were extremely disappointing. The egg was charred, and there were small black burnt pieces throughout the food, which ruined the taste. The prices are on the higher side, but the food quality doesn’t justify it at all. I’ve been to many Thai restaurants, and this one was a major letdown. The restaurant was completely empty when we visited, and the table wasn’t clean, which was already a bad sign. Staff were friendly and checked on us frequently, and the food came out quickly, but that’s about the only positive. Stopped here hoping for good Thai food while driving through the area, but unfortunately left very disappointed. Won’t be going back.”
