What People Are Saying About Carl's Corner

“Chicken cheese steak was just so so. Roll was a little to toasted and wasn't even asked if I wanted it toasted. Chicken was over cooked and dry. My husband enjoyed his cheese steak though.”

“This is a great small business in the Lehigh Valley. Great cheeesteaks and a whole bunch more! I had to include the photo of my absolute favorite: cheesesteak fries! 😋 ♿️ P.s. for my disabled friends: there's a accessible ramp in the back you can use to enter the storefront. It's good for people who use canes and walkers but a little narrow for wheelchair users.”

“As a Philly native I must say I'm impressed. The food was flavorful, bread was fresh, the place was clean, and the cook was very friendly and tried to get it close to what I know. Overall great experience. Get the giant (about $13) if you want a closer size to a philly original”

“A well-respected cheesesteak joint that’s super consistent and reliable, with fun specials that change each month. The beef’s super tender. They can do Philly cheesesteaks, but if you’re a tourist you should try the regional cheesesteak that comes with pickles and tomato sauce. Very filling at an affordable price. Lots of variety. The fries are like if Five Guys fries were actually crispy. They should start offering Cajun seasoning as an add-on to the fries.”

“This is a classic! You know what you are gonna get at Carls. Been going since I was a kid. Food is great, people are down to earth, and the atmosphere makes me feel like im in a sitcom in the big city especially if you sit at the high chairs looking out onto Elizabeth. Great place.”
