“Wonderful meal! Highly recommend! This is only the second time I’ve had Indian food, ordered the Chicken Korma- it was delicious! And the garlic naan was to die for. Service was great! You must try! They have an entrance from the outside, so you don’t even need to enter the mall if you don’t want to.”

“We had a wonderful experience at Bharat Bistro Indian Cuisine in Palmer Park Mall, Easton, PA. We ordered the Shaam Savera, Garlic Naan, and Lachcha Parantha — and everything was absolutely delicious. The Shaam Savera was rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced with just the right blend of spices. The Garlic Naan was fresh and soft with a great garlic aroma, and the Lachcha Parantha was beautifully layered and crisp — just the way it should be. What truly made our visit special was that one of the co-owners, Maria, personally came to our table to check on us and ask how the food was. She was very humble, warm, and genuinely cared about our experience, which added such a personal touch. Great food, welcoming hospitality, and a lovely dining atmosphere. We’ll definitely be coming back!”

“Food was great, love the ambiance and colors in the room, very comfortable seating. Had the pani puri, vegetable biryani, paneer makhani, chicken saag, chicken fried rice and the chicken “tacos” I cannot recall the true name I believe had bun in the name. The waiter Joseph entertained our daughter quite a bit so we could eat peacefully too 😆”

“If you think great Indian food only lives in the big cities, think again. Tucked inside Bharat Bistro is a place that absolutely delivers. Mandy and I decided to go all in. We started with the Pani Puri, which was crisp, bright, and packed with flavor. It set the tone immediately. The Masala Dosa came out next. Huge, perfectly crisp, and loaded with spiced potato. One of those dishes where every bite hits. Then the heavy hitters arrived. The Chilli Fish had the right balance of heat and flavor without overpowering the dish. The Chicken Tikka Masala was rich, creamy, and exactly what you hope for when you order it. The Lamb Shank was fall off the bone tender and easily the star of the night. And the Roti. Simple but perfect. Exactly what you want to soak up every last bit of sauce on the plate. We planned on dessert. That plan didn’t survive the amount of food we ordered. Bottom line. If you’re anywhere near Palmer Park Mall and you want real flavor and a menu worth exploring, this place is worth the stop. We will absolutely be back. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
