Lehigh Valley IronPigs Tickets: Seats, Parking & Coca-Cola Park Tips
Lehigh Valley IronPigs tickets for 2027 were not on sale yet when this page was checked on October 22, 2026. The official tickets page says, "We can't wait to see you at Jefferson Park for the 2027 season! Single-game tickets will be on sale soon!" It tells fans to call (610) 841-7447. This guide uses that page, the parking page, the A-to-Z guide, and the group experiences page. It does not quote a reseller, and it does not carry a 2026 ticket price forward as if it were the 2027 price.
The same sites now call the ballpark Jefferson Park. The team homepage headline reads that the home ballpark was renamed "Jefferson Park." Older labels are still on those pages: the parking page's title still says Coca-Cola Park, the ticket-link list still includes a Coca-Cola Park Map, and the A-to-Z re-entry line still says fans get a hand stamp when exiting Coca-Cola Park. If you are searching for Coca-Cola Park, you are looking for this ballpark. The address below is the one the A-to-Z guide prints.
IronPigs at a glance
The Lehigh Valley IronPigs are the club on the official site at milb.com/lehigh-valley. The header on the tickets, parking, A-to-Z, and groups pages shows the Philadelphia Phillies logo with the alt text "Philadelphia Phillies" and the words "Triple-A Affiliate." Those same pages embed a team record that names the parent organization as the Philadelphia Phillies, the level as Triple-A, and the league as the International League. That is the affiliation statement this page relies on. It is not a separate claim from a directory or a preview article.
The A-to-Z guide gives the address as 1050 IronPigs Way, Allentown, PA, 18109, under the name Jefferson Park. The ticket-office phone, repeated on the tickets page and in the A-to-Z guide, is (610) 841-PIGS (7447). The business office is on site and is open Monday thru Friday from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. at that same number. Wheelchair-accessible seating is not sold online. The guide says to call the ticket office ahead of time because ADA-friendly seating is limited and often goes quickly.
A summer night here is one stop on a wider Allentown plan, not the whole day. Our things to do in the Lehigh Valley guide and the Allentown parks guide cover the daytime outdoors. For a meal in the city that is not inside the ballpark, start with restaurants in Allentown or the Allentown restaurant directory. Outside food is not allowed in the park, which the rules section below quotes. PPL Center is a different building downtown; this page does not cover arena parking or Phantoms tickets.
How to buy Lehigh Valley IronPigs tickets
Start on the official tickets page, not a resale listing. On October 22, 2026 that page's own sentence was that single-game tickets will be on sale soon. It does not print a dollar price, a seat map with prices, or an on-sale clock. Until that changes, the honest answer to "how much are IronPigs tickets" is that the team has not posted a 2027 single-game price on that page.
The navigation around that page names the channels the club sells through: Individual Game Tickets, Ticket Packages, Bacon, USA Memberships, 'Pigs Group Experiences, Mobile Ticketing, and Birthday Bash. This guide does not describe what a Bacon, USA membership or a ticket package includes, because those details were not on the four pages checked. The A-to-Z guide still says single-game and group tickets can be purchased by phone at (610) 841-PIGS, and that single-game tickets are available online at ironpigsbaseball.com. Read that next to the tickets-page banner. The A-to-Z describes the paths. The tickets page is the one that says 2027 single games are not on sale yet.
The A-to-Z also says, in a line written for a past season, "All tickets for the 2026 season will be digital or print at home tickets." That sentence names 2026. It is not a 2027 delivery promise. When single games go on sale, use the mobile-ticketing page the club links from the tickets menu rather than assuming the 2026 line still governs.
Children ages two and under may be admitted without a ticket and need to sit in the lap of an accompanying adult. Children ages three and above require a ticket. That is the A-to-Z wording, not a general "under three" guess.
The schedule page and the printable schedule page are both on milb.com. On October 22, 2026 the schedule HTML did not include a list of 2027 home games, and it did not confirm a March 30 home opener. A secondary write-up has used that date. This page does not. The 2027 schedule is posted on milb.com; use the schedule link above for the games themselves. The homepage does announce, without dates or prices in the headlines, that Banana Ball returns to Jefferson Park in 2027 and that Cosmic Baseball returns to Jefferson Park in 2027. It also says Illumination undated vouchers are available. Those are headlines only. This page does not invent voucher prices or event dates from them.
Where to sit
The A-to-Z seating line gives the capacity as 10,100, the seat color as green, 7,040 Field Level seats, and 1,061 Club Level seats. It says the remaining seats are lawn and standing room. No page checked here describes which sections are in the sun or the shade, so this guide does not either.
Named areas that do appear on the official pages:
- Field Level. The A-to-Z says groups of 20 or more can sit together in Field Level sections, and that each of those tickets is loaded with $2 of ballpark credit for food, beverage, or merchandise. That $2 figure is a group-ticket credit, not a single-game price.
- PNC Club Level. The groups page lists the PNC Club Level among premium seating, along with seats in front of the IronPigs' bullpen and seats atop the right-field wall. Club Level gates are not a general entrance. The A-to-Z says they typically open one hour and thirty-five minutes before game time and are for Club and Suite holders only. Two elevators sit on the concourse behind home plate by the Club Level entrance, and a Club Level or hospitality ticket is required to use them.
- Pig Pen. The A-to-Z describes a 13,000-square-foot Pig Pen on the field level, near the bullpens, with 78 seats: 46 extra-wide fixed seats in the first row and 32 bar-stool seats in the second, plus drink-rail counters.
- Bacon Strip. Also called the Hatfield Bacon Strip in the group section. It is in right field's "home run alley," bi-level, with 75 bar-stool seats on the first level and 52 stadium seats on the second. The guide says it can take groups of 20 or more.
- Lawn. The groups page places nine Keystone Cabanas at the top of the Capital Blue Cross Lawn in left-center field. Each cabana holds 15 guests and is described with couches, TVs, and food and drink serving areas. The page marks the cabanas sold out for 2026 and offers a 2027 waitlist. It does not print a 2027 cabana price. Lawn chairs are prohibited because of the slope. Blankets are allowed.
- Suites. The A-to-Z counts 19 suites on the Club Level and says three are available for nightly rental, through group sales at (610) 841-PIGS. The groups page says there are 4 unique suite experiences and lists a 2.5-hour all-you-can-eat buffet, unlimited soft drinks, and a first-pitch opportunity. It does not print a suite price on the page checked.
Other group areas named on the groups page or the A-to-Z, without a public per-person price on those pages: the First Commonwealth Picnic Patio down the left-field line for 20 to 548 guests (the A-to-Z calls it the First Commonwealth FCU Picnic Patio); PenTeleData Party Porches for 30 to 65 on a PNC Club Level deck (the groups page writes "Pen TeleData Party Porch"); BSI Dugout Suites behind home plate, listed with 30 tickets; the Executive Suite with 25 tickets; the Billiards Suite with 40 tickets, a pool table, and a shuffleboard table; the VIP Suite with 12 tickets; the Capital BlueCross Tiki Terrace for 40 to 64 guests, with 48 fixed stadium seats plus table seating; and the Capital BlueCross Oasis for 50 to 100 guests, which the A-to-Z calls the largest private hospitality area and which includes access to the Tiki Bar beyond the left-field wall. Where the A-to-Z describes a buffet for those areas, it says the buffet runs two and a half hours and starts one hour before game time. The picnic-patio line calls the food "ballpark favorites." The Tiki Terrace line adds soft drinks.
One member of a group in a hospitality area, or any group of 50 or more, is eligible to throw out a first pitch. Booking is through (610) 841-PIGS (7447), extension 2 on the group line.
Parking and getting there
The parking page, checked October 22, 2026, says guests may park at Jefferson Park for $5 per vehicle, payable by credit card, and that cash is not accepted. Prepaid parking passes can be bought at the Jefferson Park ticket windows during regular business hours. The page does not define those hours, and it does not say the $5 rate is the 2027 rate in so many words. The A-to-Z parking line, checked the same day, is more specific and older: "The cost of parking is $5 per vehicle in 2025 and the fee can be paid with credit card. CASH IS NOT ACCEPTED." It also says there are 2,500 on-site park spaces. Use the $5 figure as what those two pages currently print, and treat the year as unresolved until the club updates the A-to-Z or the lot sign says otherwise.
The A-to-Z card policy says Jefferson Park is a cashless venue and that MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are accepted at ticket windows, parking, concessions, and merchandise. Gift cards are a separate case, covered below, and they cannot be used for parking.
Lots open 2 1/2 hours before game time and close 1 hour after the game. Overnight parking is prohibited. A vehicle may not occupy more than one space. The parking page names three entry points and encourages the Dauphin Street entrance when you are coming from downtown Allentown. The other two are American Parkway and Union Boulevard. Preferred and handicapped parking access is from American Parkway and Union Boulevard, not described as a Dauphin Street option.
Tailgating is allowed only in general parking, which the page calls non-preferred areas. Alcohol in the lots is illegal under Ordinance 711.08, and open containers are not permitted on the ballpark's parking areas. Grills are limited to approved gas or propane units with a fuel-valve turn-off. Charcoal is not allowed. The page also bars food or drink preparation that the club considers unsafe, hazardous, or unhealthy. Trash has to be packed out by the guest. The page says guests who ignore the rules can be removed, and it mentions possible arrest and fines.
The A-to-Z directions, in the club's wording:
- From downtown Allentown: Take the American Parkway Bridge across the Lehigh River. Turn right onto N. Bradford Street, then left onto N. Dauphin Street to enter the parking areas. The guide also says fans from Allentown may use the Hamilton Street Bridge, then turn left onto N. Graham Street or N. Irving Ave. to reach the 555 Union Blvd. entrance.
- From the south, the east, or Bethlehem: Travel east on Union Blvd. and turn right onto Home Run Ln. (555 Union Blvd).
- From U.S. 22, either direction: Take the Airport Road South exit, go south on Airport Road, turn right on American Parkway, then left on IronPigs Way into the stadium complex. The eastbound note says to keep right on the exit ramp. The westbound note says to merge right onto Airport Road South.
After the game, the A-to-Z says a change in exit routing means you cannot reach IronPigs Way from American Parkway. Pickup is at the corner of Highland St. and Fenwick St., which the guide calls one block from the ballpark. Its landmarks for the Fenwick turn are Spotless Car Wash and the Aladdin Restaurant. IronPigs Way reopens approximately 45 minutes after the game ends. Those are the club's directions, not a timed drive from downtown.
Bag, food, and ballpark rules
The A-to-Z bag line is short: all bags are subject to inspection before you enter. The prohibited-items paragraph is the list to pack against. It reads, in substance: food, beverages, weapons of any kind (even with a concealed weapons permit), containers such as coolers or thermoses, lawn chairs, helium balloons, banners or signs that are not in the spirit of the event or that obstruct the view of others, animals other than service animals, and compressed air horns. A separate line says outside food and beverage, including bottled water, cannot be brought inside Jefferson Park. There is no exception on that page for a factory-sealed bottle of water.
Concessions are inside. The A-to-Z points to PigsFoodFinder.com and Pork Illustrated for what is sold and where. Alcohol is sold at concession stands and portable beverage stands, and concourse alcohol sales stop at the end of the seventh inning. This page does not copy a concession menu or a beer price, because neither page printed one.
Gates, from the A-to-Z: the main gates at People First Plaza and the center-field gate at Lehigh Valley Health Network typically open 75 minutes before game time. Club Level gates typically open one hour and thirty-five minutes before first pitch and are limited to Club and Suite holders. To leave and come back, fans must get a hand stamp on the way out. The re-entry sentence still says "when exiting Coca-Cola Park." Re-entry is at the People First Plaza and Club Level entrances.
Smoking is prohibited inside, and the guide includes e-cigarettes, vapors, cigarettes, and cigars. The options it names are to exit at a gate and ask for a hand stamp, or to use the Smoking Sidewalk in the Bier Garten. Strollers are allowed and may be stored under the seat, not in a row, aisle, or stairway. Umbrellas are permitted. Cameras and video recorders are allowed if they do not block someone else's view. Personal radios and handheld TVs are permitted. The flagship station named in the guide is Fox Sports Lehigh Valley, 1230 AM and 94.7 FM, with Sam Jellinek. Games are also on SECTV and MiLB.TV, and the guide says blackout restrictions apply.
Certified service dogs, and service dogs in training, are welcome for guests with disabilities. Other animals are prohibited, with Tail Waggin' days called out as a weekly promotion that has exceptions. Those dates are on the promotional calendar, not on this page. The Pigs Care program, described in the A-to-Z, lets a guest with a visible or invisible disability pick up a lanyard at the Lehigh Valley Health Network Guest Services window so staff can offer more help. Guest Services and advance tickets are on the main concourse behind sections 106 and 107. First aid is at the ballpark, and EMS is stationed behind section 111. Changing stations are in every restroom. The nursing station is at the kids zone in left field, and the Nursing Cottage is next to the Lehigh Valley Reilly Children's Hospital KidsZone on the left-field concourse.
The KidsZone, presented by that hospital and located down the left-field line beyond section 120, has a free playground. The A-to-Z says all-inclusive wristbands are $10. The main scoreboard is described as a Daktronics board measuring 43 feet by 73 feet, installed in 2017. The guide calls it the largest 16:9 HD screen in MiLB and the second largest overall. That is the club's description of its own board. The same entry still refers to announcements "on the main scoreboard (featuring Coke bottle)," which is another place the older name survives.
The rainout paragraph on the A-to-Z still talks about exchanging tickets for a 2025 regular-season home game of equal or lesser value, with no cash refunds, if five innings are not played except when the home team leads after four and a half. Because that sentence names 2025, do not treat it as the 2027 policy. The tickets menu links a separate weather policy. This page does not summarize a policy it did not quote from a current year. Tickets may not be resold on Jefferson Park property or in the surrounding lots, and the guide says those tickets can be confiscated.
Groups, birthdays, and gift cards
The group page says the club has run group outings at the ballpark since 2008 and tells planners to call (610) 841-PIGS (7447) extension 2. It does not publish a standard group ticket price. The named areas and the $2 Field Level credit are above. Group theme nights are listed for interests including scouts, bikes, softball, and field hockey, without prices. The page also lists direct lines for individual group-sales staff. The page also says Keystone Cabanas are sold out for 2026 and links a 2027 waitlist, still without a price.
A birthday or other message on the LED board above the bullpens is $10, and the A-to-Z says the money goes to IronPigs Charities. The form is at Guest Services, behind section 107, before the fourth inning, or by calling 610-841-1244 in advance. The guide says the message is typically shown at the end of the sixth inning and that the time can move because of promotions. It also says those messages are not on the main scoreboard. Main-scoreboard announcements are reserved for groups of 50 or more, or for people who bought Birthday Party Packages. The tickets menu has a Birthday Bash page. This guide does not list a package price, because the A-to-Z does not print one.
Gift cards are on the A-to-Z guide in $25, $50, and $100 amounts. They can be bought at the Clubhouse Store at the ballpark, online at shopironpigs.com, or by calling (610) 841-PIGS. The store can take cash for a gift card. Cards work in the ballpark and cannot be used for parking or 50/50 sales. That is the December-useful official option this page can stand behind. No holiday ticket pack, with a pack price, was listed on the tickets, parking, A-to-Z, or groups pages on October 22, 2026. The homepage headline about Illumination undated vouchers is noted above and is not a price.
The Clubhouse Store, next to People First Plaza, is open Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., and online at ShopIronPigs.com. The A-to-Z also lists 60-minute ballpark tours at $5 per person with a minimum of 10 guests. Stops may include the clubhouse, press box, visitors' clubhouse, dugouts, on-deck circles, suites, and club level, and a tour on a game day may skip some of those.
For a non-game day in Allentown, the parks directory is the on-site list of outdoor places. Nothing on the IronPigs pages checked here sets a distance from the ballpark to a restaurant or another attraction, so this guide does not invent one.
What was checked, and what was left out
Every price in this article was copied from milb.com on October 22, 2026: parking at $5 per vehicle on the parking page, with the A-to-Z still dating that rate to 2025; the $2 Field Level group credit; KidsZone wristbands at $10; scoreboard messages at $10; tours at $5 a person; and gift cards at $25, $50, and $100. Single-game ticket prices are absent on purpose. So is any opening-day date. So is any claim that the ballpark is the cheapest or the best. A homepage headline ranks the park among affordable MiLB parks for 2026. That headline is the club's, it is not a price, and this page does not repeat it as a finding.
Sources, all read on October 22, 2026: the tickets page, the parking page, the A-to-Z guide, the groups page, the schedule, the printable schedule page, and the IronPigs homepage.
Frequently Asked Questions
How much are IronPigs tickets?
On October 22, 2026, the official tickets page said 2027 single-game tickets will be on sale soon and did not list a price. This guide does not quote reseller prices or treat an older season's prices as 2027 prices. For the current offer, use the tickets page or call (610) 841-7447.
When do 2027 tickets go on sale?
The tickets page does not give an on-sale date. It says single-game tickets for the 2027 season will be on sale soon and tells fans to call (610) 841-7447.
How much is parking?
The parking page says guests may park for $5 per vehicle, payable by credit card, and that cash is not accepted. The A-to-Z guide on the same date still says the cost of parking is $5 per vehicle in 2025, and it counts 2,500 on-site park spaces. Lots open 2 1/2 hours before game time and close 1 hour after the game. Because those two pages do not use the same year, confirm the rate for the game you attend.
Can you bring food?
No. The A-to-Z guide says outside food and beverage, including bottled water, cannot be brought inside Jefferson Park. Coolers and thermoses are on the prohibited-items list. Food and drinks are sold inside the ballpark.
Where is Coca-Cola Park?
The A-to-Z guide gives the address as 1050 IronPigs Way, Allentown, PA 18109, and it uses the name Jefferson Park. The team's site announces that the home ballpark was renamed Jefferson Park. The parking page title and a Coca-Cola Park Map link on the same site still use the older name.
Are bags allowed at the ballpark?
All bags are subject to inspection. The prohibited-items list includes food, beverages, weapons of any kind (even with a concealed weapons permit), containers such as coolers or thermoses, lawn chairs, helium balloons, banners or signs that are not in the spirit of the event or that obstruct the view of others, animals other than service animals, and compressed air horns.
