I was helped by a lady named Jennifer (of whom I previously heard great things about). She lived up to all that was positively said of her. She did not pressure me at all. I told her what I was looking for and the price point I wanted. She gave me several options to choose from (as a man it is all about functionality). After choosing two that I liked, she said she would have them in a day or so (which she did). I highly recommend this company. The people are friendly (and they enjoy their jobs, you can tell). Might I also add that they are child friendly as well, and they invite children to look at the jewelery (and even get some fingerprints on the glass cases) and they don't wince, squirm, or tell them to get away.
