“I had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Bixler’s to redesign a very sentimental cocktail ring. I recently inherited several coral pieces from my mother, including a cocktail ring my father bought for her in the 1970s. Because of its emotional value, I wanted to be incredibly thoughtful about the redesign—especially since it also needed to be resized. I spent over a year researching ideas and still didn’t have a clear vision. I made an appointment with Ben, and from the start he was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right direction. We spent over two hours going through my inspiration images and discussing possibilities, and he was so thoughtful in guiding me without ever pushing an idea. By the end of the appointment, we had landed on a design that felt perfect. The Bixler’s team brought that vision to life beautifully. Every detail—the accent diamonds, the shape of the coral, the brushed 18k gold, and the comfort band—was executed flawlessly. The final ring turned out even better than I imagined.
