I had to make so so many changes to my policy regarding my son, cars, etc. I had so many questions and probably reasked some of the questions 50 times, in 50 different ways. My agent Chelsea answered all of them. Every time. She was so sweet, nice, and patient. Got back to me right away and found my son his own policy. She was just wonderful! I've had this agency for my Erie insurance for over 10 years and they handled any issue and/or claim FAST and painless. That's so much appreciated!”

“Welcome to 2019! Cressman Insurance Agency was able to get me in and out the door in under an hour (probably closer to 30 minutes) as a new customer looking for renters and auto insurance policies. I worked with Allison, who was clearly very versed in her trade. I would highly recommend Cressman to anyone looking for a great agency or for those who have been burned in the past by fly-by-night agencies. “Warning ‼️ Stay away ‼️ Don’t do any business with this Agency. If there is a 0 star review they definitely going to be on top. I don’t know how I end up with this Agency. My log agency was Coringrato Insurance. Suddenly I have to deal with very poor experience staff. Be aware of Chelsi, Rob, Cindy, the owner I forgot her name.they gonna steal your money. They forced me to add my daughter to my current policy as a new driver for $5000 a year. Even though my daughter has a policy with AAA INSURANCE. I have my policy automatic monthly payment $324. On October 3 they withdrawal $721 without my authorization, without informing me about any charges. I sent a proof of AAA policy to Cindy and on October 19, no one bothered to inform me that Eire refused that proof. I called Eire president Jo refused to refund the money, ignored my AAA insurance policy. Be aware of this agency they are the worst agency I dealt with in my life.”
