I'd just like to follow up on their job. 1 week before the 5-year warranty was to expire, I received a call from Penn. They wanted to make sure that everything was fine prior to the warranty expiring! I mentioned a few drywall cracks from settling and Penn arranged for things to be fixed in a timely manner. I can't say enough about the quality of their work and how impressed I am with how they stand by their work.”
