Kozi Contracting LLC

“It’s hard to put into words what my time with Kozi has done and meant to me and my family. Not only is their work superior, their kindness and genuine patience can’t be matched. I’ve dealt with many contractors, and none of them care or express any passion for the project. Most of the time you can barely get a call back. But Kozi - from the moment we met them, they made sure I felt heard and always wanted me happy. Being a female while in this environment, it is usually difficult to be taken seriously. Kozi listened to every comment, concern, explained when I had trouble grasping and they honored my vision with grace and commitment. I broke a lot of their typical design norms and they met every detail and expectation. We had to move out due to how much of a renovation we underwent, and I was always scared to interrupt everyone’s day by wanting to go over and be involved. None of them ever made me feel like I was interrupting. They’d graciously listen to concerns or to my new brilliant idea that day. No was never in their vocabulary and not a detail was missed. To Forty, Shenoll, Florenzo, Trim, Gio, James, Andy and every worker that I crossed paths with - you are truly one of a kind. I appreciate every single one of you. Thank you will never begin to express my gratitude!”

“Kozi just completed our above garage addition, which consisted of a bedroom-bathroom suite and walk-in closet. We cannot say enough about the entire experience. From the moment Andy arrived to see what we wanted to do and give us a quote to handing Florenzo the final check, the entire crew was thoughtful, attentive, helpful and responsive. Kozi took care of everything including setting us up with an architect to work with and draft the plans and later in the project an interior designer to expertly guide our vision as we decided on bathroom tiles and shower walls. This in particular was a huge stress relief as Kozi coordinated and scheduled the meeting making it hassle-free for me and my wife. We were able to confidently decide on everything in about an hour. Had we picked out everything on our own, who knows how long it would have taken and we would have kept second guessing our decisions. A project of this scale always comes with its hiccups, but Kozi smoothly and quickly handled any curveballs along the way. Weather slightly delayed the beginning of the project, but once conditions were right we couldn’t believe how quickly Kozi moved on the project. Whenever Victor was on site, he’d be sure to check in and give us updates. As the project progressed Shenoll often stopped to see how things were going and answer any questions we had. He often made us feel like we were their only customer, when I know that was certainly not the case. Forti was great throughout as well, listening to any concerns we had and even came out late one night to address something and make sure there weren’t any issues until the crew arrived again the next day. And of course, there’s Florenzo. I’m sure he was sick of seeing my email address or phone number pop up, but he helped us choose cabinets, shower style, faucets, etc., kept us posted on the status of the project, relayed all our concerns to the appropriate parties and tried to get us answers as quickly as possible. I know I’m leaving people out, but everyone I mentioned, as well as each of the individual crew members working at our home throughout the project, were professional and friendly. My wife gave birth to our third child during the project and Kozi even sent balloons, a fruit basket and teddy bear. They seemed to genuinely care about not just the project, but us as customers. Just a completely enjoyable experience from start to finish. We highly recommend them for any project. They’re transparent with their pricing/profit model and when they gave us the quote, they told us they can work within our budget. I know next time we need work done, Kozi will be our first call.”

“It has been 1 year since we had Kozi totally gut our bathroom. It was 28 years old and nothing had been done. Just the normal cosmetic paint and paper. When they started they made sure they put plastic up to not get dust all over the house. Very conscious about dirt and cleaning up. Had a couple issues but they rectified that immediately. Even after 1 year the bathroom still feels new and they came out and fixed the caulking on the tub with no issues. I still think I'm in a dream when I'm in my new bathroom. Total transformation. I have to say they stick by their work and if something isn't right they will fix it. They switched out the shelves to ones that we really liked and fixed some of the flooring. We LOVE our bathroom and hope to use them for other projects in the future.”

“Kozi recently completed an addition to my home. Their pricing is fair, and their work is excellent!!! I loved that they have specific teams for each part of the project (framing, floors, railings, drywall, electrical, etc.) With each team specializing in one specific part of the project, it ensured to us that we were getting the best quality work. They also use great materials, but most importantly, they kept in touch with us throughout the project and made sure we were happy with the finished product. We will definitely use them again for future projects. I highly recommend Kozi!”

“Kozi Construction just finished our sun room. I couldn't have asked for a better construction company to work with. Their price was reasonable and we very happy with job they did, from start to finish. Any one looking for getting any remodeling work.Highly recommend them for their workmanship and all the guys working there, are great to work with. Our next project will be done by Kozi because of their workmanship and ability to work together. A ten star rating for sure!”
