“My experience started out positive. The front desk staff was friendly, and the mechanic was courteous during my visit for a vehicle inspection. However, shortly after the inspection, I began noticing a strong gas smell coming from my vehicle whenever I turned on the air. At first, I assumed it was simply a lingering odor from someone who had been in the car, but after several days the smell remained. That prompted me to open the hood and investigate. When I did, I discovered that the oil cap was missing and oil had splattered throughout the engine bay. This was especially concerning because my vehicle is only a few months old, has had no prior issues, and no one else had been under the hood since I purchased it. What disappointed me most was the response when I called to discuss my concerns. Before looking into the situation or speaking with the mechanic, I was immediately told that removing the oil cap is not part of the inspection process. While I understand that may be true, I was hoping for a more investigative approach given that the issue was discovered immediately following the inspection and had never existed before. Mistakes can happen in any business. What matters is how concerns are handled when they are brought forward. I would have appreciated someone taking the time to fully explore the possibility that something may have been overlooked rather than immediately dismissing the concern. The staff was polite throughout my interactions, but because of this experience and the way my concern was handled, I no longer feel confident returning for future service. I would encourage customers to double-check their vehicles after service and address any unusual smells or issues right away.”

“Been driving around with 2 bad rear wheel bearings for 1.5mo and was being quoted $1900+ Called LFS and they quoted me something VERY affordable. AJ at the front desk was an amazing help and gave great info I needed. Fabienee the boss was kind and friendly. Nelson and Mike (guy working on my car) are also very helpful and kind. I would definitely come back for more services when in the area and would definitely recommend them.”

“I visited this repair shop for the first time this past weekend. I had inspection/emissions done, oil change and tire rotation. I was able to get scheduled online via email, which was very helpful for me. The entire staff was friendly and kind. I was given up front pricing, which was also great. I was able to wait while they worked on my car. They have a television to watch and magazines to read. It took about two hours, which didn't seem long to me at all for everything. I was in and out and they did a fantastic job. They even drove my car over to the door for me pickup. I would highly recommend this business for your vehicle needs!”

We were stressed and worried, particularly because I had an oil leak that needed an O-ring part. They worked tirelessly to locate the O-ring part and managed to repair my car that morning, despite having a full schedule of vehicles to service. “Lehigh Fleet services is very disrespectful, especially the owner. I have brought my car to them before and they weren’t able to get the work done in the time frame, and told me to come back and they will work with me on the pricing which was a complete lie. On the phone i was told they don’t want my business. It is ridiculous how they treat their customers. I had a fine experience the first time but after the disrespect and tone i received over the phone from the owner to a customer that only wants to bring business is ridiculous. Bring your business somewhere else. What i will say is that I really do like the mechanic and he needs to get a job at a different auto shop.”
