Even after moving away from the Lehigh Valley, I actually brought my car back to Austin’s for a thorough inspection during my last visit. I love how thorough they are—they outlined exactly what they were looking at on my vehicle. What I appreciate most is their honesty; they provide clear recommendations for repairs that need to happen immediately versus things that can safely wait a few months. Before completing any work on your car, they send you an outline where you have the ability to approve/reject the service(s) you want. When it comes time you pay, you are given a detailed invoice with completely itemized parts and labor, so there are never any financial surprises. The guys at the front desk always provide incredibly friendly customer service, too. If you are looking for a trustworthy and reliable shop, this is it. I can't recommend them enough!”

“Wow! So high tech! I’m back in the area after being out of state for ten years and I didn’t know where to take my car for inspection. I found Austin’s in my search and I’ll definitely be back! I was very impressed by the whole process- I was able to book online, then they gave me a breakdown of the work recommended by type and price with the option to accept or decline, and then provide payment- all in their web portal! There were pics, videos, and comments so everything was extremely clear. No shade to the old school auto shops out there but being able to do this all on my phone was a game changer. Every employee I interacted with was also very friendly and helpful. 100% recommend!”
