“Great experience! We went for the woof, wags and wine event with Freedom Farms Rescue. Large areas to gather - inside, outside, shaded, open. The drinks were great - rarely does a winery have other options. I had a vodka drink, my friend had a beer.”

“Everything you want in a winery or distillery! This is an amazing winery with amazing people. They are friendly warm and inviting. We had a tasting session and all the employees, including the owners had a great time with our questions and explaining how their journey has evolved. Their business model is impressive and they are delighted to explain how everything works and why they do things a particular way. The also run a distillery which is just as impressive. They have a lot of their creations for sale as well! We look forward to visiting again soon.”

“We recently hosted my daughter's bridal shower at Black River Farms Winery, and it was absolutely wonderful. Kris and her staff were so accommodating from start to finish. She even let us set up the day before in their beautiful private room. Had a Mimosa bar and plenty of good wine. We couldn't have asked for a better venue. We also used The Marquee Kitchen as our caterer, suggested by Kris. Mark and staff were a amazing. Thanks again for a perfect day!”

“Best vineyard, wine, cheese and facilities in the area. There sampling rooms are very picturesque as are the vines. Gave us the full experience. Very informative and professional friendly staff and family owners. Felt very extra special place and has an romantic feel. I definitely recommend both the wine and going for a visit.”
