What People Are Saying About Critical Acclaim Tattoos
“I am really disappointed by the experience that my son and I had. We decided last minute that we wanted to get a piercing. We stopped by without an appt. Understandably since my son is a minor, there needed to be certain paperwork available. We have had gotten piercings before and had forgotten this part of the process. We were told that we needed his birth certificate. Yes absolutely. Because my last name is hyphenated, I also needed my marriage certificate because by maiden name was on his birth certificate. Side note, I have had to produce my ID and my child's birth certificate for other piercings, never my marriage certificate, but ok. Needing my marriage certificate required us to run home. It would have taken about 30 minutes top to run home and get this paperwork and return. I advised the woman behind the counter and she said no problem. So we left, got the paperwork, and came back within 30 minutes. When we returned, there was a mother and daughter in front of us providing their paperwork. So we waited in line. The woman behind the counter finishes with them and then says to us that we have a problem now. The piercers appt had arrived and he would not be able to take us until 730 pm. It was 430 at this point. So when we were there the first time, 30 minutes before, you say nothing about an appt that will take priority if we come back? We are waiting in line and you also don't say anything just to let us know so that we do not needlessly wait in line? Instead we waste our time running around and waiting in line. smh......”

“Brandon is an amazing artist with a unique eye and an incredible understanding of what you want by just giving him some ideas. He then turns everything into a true masterpiece. For my fiancé Sean's arm sleeve and our daughters full leg sleeve they were hand drawn directly on them. To this day my daughter walks with us and turns many heads asking where she got her work done. We've sent many people to Critical Acclaim because Brandon offers breathtaking work. They always go back to him. My son and I had ideas and Brandon took those ideas and gave us tattoos better than what we expected. If you really want that one of a kind tattoo with all of your ideas incorporated, You definitely want Critical Acclaim and Artist Brandon Burr. Your tattoo may be the next one turning heads.”

“I drove far to this studio based on reviews that I saw here. Brandon was the tattoo artist. Very unhappy with tattoo. The lines are not straight and the blue ink on the symbol is out of the lines, which are not straight anyway, and the blue ink looks cheap and is already faded and the symbol has many missed spots. The side of the ball is not a ball shape, the line is squiggly, not the like the pic I provided. Also when complete there was still excess ink all over my arm. I had to stop off at a McDonald’s to clean the wxcess with napkins. I have several tattoos and paid the same for my last one as I did for this one, and the last one is way superior, done by another studio. They did offer to touch ot up for free, but I’d rather have the previous studio try to fix it, the. For them to mess it up worse. One last thing The pic I provided is a baseball, this tattoo is oval, very satisfied.”
