“I recently used In The Light Roofing on my property in Easton, PA. The house is an interior row home, and the roof was well over 30 years old. There were a number of issues that made the job not just a standard rip off and replace type of situation. I was happy with the fact that this company was able to handle all the needs of the job within their team. They were able to quote me for each piece individually, so I knew what I was paying for and it allowed me to price shop the work. Ultimately, I went with In The Light Roofing because they had the best customer service. Every time I called or texted, they responded very quickly with the information I was asking about. Additionally, when they said they were going to do something, they did it. It was refreshing to see a group of people committed to doing quality work and making the customer happy. In terms of price, they were not the cheapest I found while price shopping. So, if that is what you are looking for then they may not be for you. But, If you don't want the hassle or frustration of wondering if the job is going to get done and get done right then I would highly consider them. I felt like they were very knowledgeable about their work and they backed up everything they did with pictures. John and Jeff were the two employees I dealt with the most. John was mostly before the day of construction and Jeff on the days of construction. They were both great. John really helped me understand what my issues were and what needed to be done to fix them. He took the time to answer all my questions about the quote and I never felt pressured in any way to make a purchase. While I wasn't at the property on the days of construction, Jeff was in constant communication with me about what was going and how things were proceeding.”

My first contact was with John Reynolds who walked the roof, took many photos, provided an estimate, and was onsite when the insurance company inspector came to look at the wind damage. After signing a contract I was immediately contacted by Anthony who scheduled the work to start in only a few days. The work crew led by Keylor arrived promptly at 7AM as scheduled and protected the exterior of my home, removed the old roof, made repairs, installed the new roof, and perfectly cleaned the work site in one day even though they had to replace 11 sheets of plywood, which was unexpected. “I called In The Light to get an inspection on my roof and I received a call back to schedule an appointment. As soon as I scheduled I received an email from Anthony with a video attached that introduced me to Bryson the owner and Juan the Outside Representative that would be doing the inspection( that was just brilliant). Juan, came did the inspection gave me options and I accepted their services. He was very professional and pleasant to talk to. When Juan left since I accepted the services I got a video within an hour introducing me to Keylor the Project Manager and all the workers(again brilliant) that will be doing the job. I got a call from Tony to see if they could start the job a day early, not a problem. The materials and crew showed up on time and began working right away. While they were working I got pictures of the work as it was being done( must I say it again yes brilliant), a phone call from Jeff and a visit from Juan to check on how everything was going. After the roof got done Keylor went over everything that was done, I had a new roof in 8 hrs and everything cleaned up and it's beautiful. The next day Juan came inspected the new roof and sent me a video of the completion. Exceptional!! Everyone that I talked to or came in contact with during this process was professional, curtious, polite and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done to perfection.
