What People Are Saying About Physical Therapy at St. Luke's - Anderson
“Lauren Kramer provided absolutely outstanding occupational therapy care for my hands. From the very beginning, she was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in my recovery and long-term function. She took the time to explain everything clearly, tailored the therapy to my specific needs, and consistently encouraged progress while paying close attention to pain management and mobility improvement. Her skill level and dedication were obvious in every session. Lauren created an environment where I felt comfortable, motivated, and confident that I was receiving top-tier care. Thanks to her expertise, I saw measurable improvements in strength, flexibility, and daily function. What truly sets Lauren apart is her compassion and commitment to her patients. She treats people with respect, kindness, and genuine concern, which makes a tremendous difference during recovery. I would highly recommend Lauren Kramer to anyone needing occupational therapy or hand therapy services. She is an exceptional therapist and a true credit to her profession.”

“I was very impressed by the therapy that I received at the St. Luke's Anderson campus for my broken wrist and surgical recovery. All three therapists that I worked with, Heather D, Beth M and Rupal P (primarily associated with the Stroudsburg campus) treated me professionally as if I was the only patient in the office and worked with me diligently to make my wrist and fingers as strong as they could be. It was nice to feel like I was working with friends and not just therapists. While I don't plan on breaking anymore bones anytime soon, if I find myself in need of physical or occupational therapy in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to ask for a referral to the St Luke's Anderson campus Physical Therapy Department.”

“I had a great experience at St. Luke's Anderson Physical Therapy. Lauren was amazing! She worked hard to present me with challenges but always made sure I was comfortable with the exercises she presented. She was warm and pleasant, and while always remaining professional, she made me feel comfortable engaging in conversation and sharing humorous stories. I looked forward to my visits, and the issues I was working on improved during my visit.”

“My experience was extraordinary from start to finish. My two primary occupational therapists Heather and Heather were knowledgeable, caring, supportive and encouraging as I recovered and rehabbed my broken arm and dislocated wrist. The front desk staff were so friendly and welcoming and the therapists who occasionally filled in were wonderful too. I highly recommend St Luke’s Physical Therapy!!”

“My son had a jammed finger and his PT Heather was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. She designed a personalized exercise plan that challenged my son but was totally manageable. Thanks to her guidance, my son has improved mobility and his finger can now be straightened to play sports without limitations. I highly recommend Heather!”
