“The first few times I've brought my golden to Earthwise, his groomer was amazing! His bath and trim always looked great and I could tell they took extra care of him considering he is a bit of an anxious dog. However, I brought him in 2 months ago for his usual bath and trim and we saw a different groomer than usual. I asked for his usual bath and little bit of trim around his arms and butt ( I have a golden retriever but he isn't as fluffy as other goldens so I ask for a very light trim). When he was done his entire groin area was shaved. I was so confused because this has never happened before from any groomer and this made him extra sensitive in that area until the hair started to grow back. We went back in yesterday and had the same groomer again, if I would have known I probably would have scheduled with someone different, but this time I asked for JUST a bath and specifically said I wanted no hair cut off. His hair wasn't cut but his groin area was shaved again! the hair around his ears were also cut which was also odd because that has never happened to us before and it looks very choppy and I loved the little hair around his ears :( I've never seen before cutting Goldens ears. Overall, we have had a positive experience at Earthwise, I just need to request a different groomer moving forward.”

“Went into the store today with my brother. We both have Chihuahuas with various health issues and wanted to find them better food, supplements, etc. The owners son was so extremely helpful in guiding us in the right direction for our dogs. He is super knowledgeable and friendly. He wasn’t pushy, but very informative and helpful. I got home and gave my dogs the new food (they are very picky eaters) and they both licked their bowls clean. I am beyond satisfied with the service i received today and will recommend this business to anyone with a pet. Thank you Earthwise!!!”

“Hi everyone, I used to be a customer of Charr and was not really happy with how they treated their customers and animals. I just took my lovely pup Rain to this establishment and I am incredibly pleased with the groomer's work. My beautiful puppy is not easy to deal with, but I am so grateful to have found this gem. Although it's a little pricey, a far drive for me, and I wish they had cameras in the back so we could see Rain and how she was doing. They did tell me they were really patient with her and took their time, which I really appreciate. I am definitely bringing her back here.”

“The ladies working were very helpful on helping me find a cake for my dog Harvey who was turning 9 and has mouth cancer, they helped me find a soft cake he could chew easily, and he loved it!! Knowing it was was most likely his last birthday i can’t thank you all enough!!”

“Great experience purchasing treats for our dog. Staff was very knowledgeable of their products. We purchased dehydrated sweet potato treats for our Bunty. It's her second favorite treat after a Greenie.”
