What People Are Saying About Trinity Fitness

“I’ve been a member at Trinity Fitness for 2 years, and it’s been a great place to work out. The biggest advantage for me has been the 24/7 key fob access. Being able to work out whenever it fits my schedule has been convenient. The gym is also generally less crowded than many of the larger local gyms, which makes for a more comfortable workout experience. The equipment is another standout. There’s a great selection of free weights, multiple squat racks, quality machines, and plenty of attachments and accessories to support just about any training style. The facility is clean, with cleaning wipes always available, and I’ve always felt safe working out there. Matt does a great job keeping an eye on the gym and maintaining a welcoming environment. Everyone I’ve encountered has been respectful and friendly. Matt is a well-respected local business owner who cares about his members and the gym. If you’re looking for additional guidance, trainers are available as well. Overall, I’d recommend Trinity Fitness to anyone looking for a clean, well-equipped, and flexible gym in the area.”

“I’ve been training here with Karolina since April, and it’s been such a positive experience. The gym is always clean and everything is welcoming! With Karolina I’ve started seeing results, and while I know fitness takes time, I’m really happy with the progress I’ve made so far. She pushes me much harder than I would ever push myself, which is exactly what I needed and what I asked her to do. Our sessions fly by because she keeps me focused, motivated, and challenged the entire time. On the days we don’t train together, she’s always willing to send me workouts so I can stay on track and keep making progress. If you’re looking for someone who will hold you accountable, encourage you, and push you outside your comfort zone, I highly recommend her. She’s knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely invested in helping her clients reach their goals.”

“This is a great gym centrally located in Easton. Owned by Matt Stocker, it has everything you need to get in shape and maintain it. The members and staff are very friendly and made me feel welcome. Equally important, the gym is meticulously clean and the equipment is well-maintained. Located in the Silk Mill district of Easton, it has ample parking. No photographs/selfies allowed so that there are no meat-heads or posers. I recommend it to anyone looking for an efficient, no-nonsense gym.”

“By far the best gym I’ve ever belonged to, and I’ve been a member of a lot of gyms over the years due to moving frequently for work. From day one, the friendliness and cleanliness stand out. The gym is always absolutely spotless, and the atmosphere is welcoming without being overwhelming. Matt, the owner, is incredibly hands-on and genuinely kind, he greets everyone by name and makes you feel like you belong the moment you walk in. It has a smaller membership base which means it’s never overcrowded. While it’s a bit more expensive than a typical commercial gym, that’s exactly what makes the difference. The members are all like-minded, committed to fitness and serious about their own self-improvement journeys. No egos, no chaos, just people there to put in the work and be part of an amazing fitness community. Matt is also an amazing athlete, bodybuilder, and top-tier personal trainer, and that level of expertise shows in everything about the gym. On top of that, the gym is actively involved in the community through things like food drives, which really says a lot about the values behind the business. If you’re looking for a clean, motivating, well-run gym with a strong community and leadership that truly cares, this is it. I can’t recommend it highly enough.”
