Liven Up Fitness

“LivenUp Fitness is more than a gym to me — they’re family. ❤️ They’ve supported me through some of the toughest parts of my life, including before and after my double hip replacement surgery and throughout my health journey. They truly care about every person who walks through their doors. They know when you need encouragement, when you need support, and when you need that extra push to become stronger and better than you thought you could be. I’m beyond grateful for the LivenUp family and everything they’ve done for me. I honestly don’t know where I’d be without them. ❤️💪”

“I am in my late 60s and have been with Liven Up Fitness for several months. I like that there are specific workout. I have gone to other gyms and I would avoided machines and exercises i didn't like and fell into a favorite exercise pattern. At Liven Up, I am challenged to do things I didn't think I could. Sometimes I need modifications due to prior injuries. The coaches are so helpful with modification and ensuring my form is correct. It's a wonderful feeling to look at the board, once the session is over and say, I did that, really, Wow. Deb B”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Liven Up is hands down the best gym I’ve ever been a part of. From day one, the atmosphere has been welcoming, motivating, and genuinely supportive. It really is like a family community. The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable and actually care about your progress—not just during sessions, but long term too. They push you to be better while still meeting you exactly where you are. The equipment is top-notch, the space is always clean, and there’s a real sense of community here that you don’t find at big commercial gyms. Whether you’re a beginner or someone who’s been training for years, this place makes you feel confident, strong, and excited to show up. Joining this gym has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health and mindset. If you’re looking for results, accountability, and an environment that truly has your back and cares about YOUR goals, this is the place. Highly recommend 💪🔥”

“I have been a member of Liven Up Fitness for nearly 10 years. The atmosphere (staff and clientelle) is friendly and family like. The semi private workouts can be challenging, but coaches will always offer modifications if needed. If you really want a gym to feel at home in, this is the place!”

“100% recommend joining! I joined in March of this year because I was feeling stagnant with what I was doing at the gym for strength training. One of the best decisions I've made! This is the heaviest I ever lifted ever, and the coaches helped me get there safely and over time. Everyone (coaches, members, staff) are SO nice, they get to know you, and really listen to what you need. If you're looking for a supportive, encouraging environment - this is a perfect spot. Grateful for Liven Up & the community!!!”
