“Had a medium roast drip which was a blend of Columbian, Brazilian and Guatemalan. Coffee was pretty good. Coffee was solid but didnt jump out as outstanding. Overall a good experience. The light and dark roasts I believe are single origin. Wish they had a pour over or french press especially since the seating area is big and very nice”

“Nice establishment with really cool mission. Everyone was super friendly and there was even a little dance party while we were there. I really enjoyed my hot matcha with a pump of white chocolate and peppermint and a sausage, bacon, jalapeño cheese sandwich on pretzel roll. It came out to $14 Seating was a little tricky to come by, it was a busy Sunday morning. We found a spot while we waited for our meals. Overall a very nice establishment with really nice people. The man who took my order at the counter was kind enough to help me understand the menu and suggest some tasty sips.”

“This place is lovely! Jim was such a sweetheart and so informative and helpful. I wanted an iced matcha and he suggested I get it with vanilla and oatmilk and it was delicious. The environment is so friendly and welcoming here. I look forward to coming back. :)”

“A nice place to chat on a rainy day. The staff were so nice, walked us through the menu and even recommended an enhancement to my chai. Also offered gluten free cookies, which delighted my friend! Not a ton of seating but we got a spot. They did not steep my friend’s tea bag but I think that’s standard practice.”

“Bitty & Beau's is a staple in the downtown Bethlehem coffee scene. When I go for a coffee and tea crawl, this place is definitely on my list. They are mission driven, have great staff, and a wide range of food and drink options. My favorite drink here has got to be the mint chocolate frozen cappuccino. 😋 Also five stars 🌟 for the having the best coffee shop cinnamon roll in the Lehigh Valley! They warm it up and it is sooo soft!”
