The first time And have educated me about my vehicle and have offered preventative maintenance. To make sure other problems don't occur, and they also found things that my dealer did not. They are a master in their craft and care about their work. Another successful job by herstein.Please consider the shop for your repairs.”

“Took my vehicle here had all the calipers replaced and brake work as well. My parking brake was fixed in the process. I've been driving the car for about a week now and I have no issues with it. Also, the owners seem to like to educate their clients and let them know what exactly is going on. They keep a clean shop. Which means something if, you know then, you know. I feel they are honest and reputable. I would take my car here.”

“Not bad overall for me. I like the people. Very nice and very friendly. One thing that wife is very upset was the total prices was twice amount qouted to me. I asked twice if everything was included and then found out that only half of what said was included in the qoute. Mark up is little overwhelming. My wife not happy at all about the fact something that was supposed to be all included and then was added separately. The bill labor twice seem to urk her. My ears still ringing. But the work done professionally. It's done right. That improvement from most shops I been to in the area.”

“This place is nothing but a scam… go to a different mechanic. They will tell you your car is more damaged than it is so they can up the charge!! A relative of mine had went to get a checkup on the camshaft… they told him it would cost about $1,300 …. He went elsewhere and got it done for $600 and it works perfectly fine…. This place is a rip off”

“After wrestling a bolt for two days and conceding that it needed considerably more violence than I was willing to commit in a parking lot, I took it to Herstine. After explaining the situation and needing a prompt solution, Zach immediately got to work on it. Zach was continually transparent about the nature of the estimate and brought any legitimate issues to my attention in the process of the repair. At no point was there an attempt to upsell me which is a common experience if you're used to dealing with less reputable mechanics. Another thing worth noting is that they were willing to provide me transportation back home which I declined but again was sincerely appreciated. I checked the work afterwards and was pleasantly surprised by the quality and attention to detail. I will be returning here for any service that I cannot complete myself. Great people all around.”
