“I hired Klever Ortiz in February for preparation and e-filing of my 2025 business tax return and paid $1,100 for these services. I was specifically informed that my return had been e-filed in February. I made multiple attempts to follow up by phone and email requesting confirmation and proof of filing, but I did not receive responses or documentation. I contacted the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance directly. I was informed my taxes were not received. I continued attempting to reach his office and was later informed he was out of the office until May 27, further delaying resolution. I have now received documentation showing that my 2025 business tax return was actually e-filed on 4/30, not in February as I was previously told. Since the standard filing deadline is March 15 for business returns, I now have penalties to pay for late filing. I am posting this review based on my personal experience in an effort to document the timeline and unresolved issues. I am sharing this so others are aware of my experience with this service and the lack of timely communication and accurate filing information. I would encourage others to carefully verify filing confirmations and timelines when using this service based on my experience. Based on my experience, I would advise others to be cautious and ensure they receive documented proof of filing and completion of services. I find it disappointing that your response attempts to focus on refunds and tax strategies while ignoring the actual issue raised in my review. I hired Klever Ortiz, CEO of United Tax Solutions, in February 2026 to prepare and e-file my corporate tax return and paid $1,100 for those services. I was informed that my corporate return had been filed. I relied on that information. That was not true. After months of requesting proof of filing, I learned that the return was not actually e-filed until April 30, 2026, well after the March 15 filing deadline. As a direct result, I was assessed a $1,020 late-filing penalty by New York State. The penalty was not caused by anything I did. I hired Mr. Ortiz, paid for the service, and relied on the information provided to me regarding the status of my return. The filing records speak for themselves. To make matters worse, Klever Ortiz has refused to respond to my calls and emails regarding this issue. I have repeatedly requested an explanation and reimbursement for the penalty that resulted from the late filing, yet my communications have gone unanswered. While your response highlights refunds obtained on my personal return, that is not what this review concerns. This review concerns the late filing of my corporate return, the inaccurate information I was provided regarding its filing status, the lack of communication, and the financial hardship I experienced as a result. At a minimum, I believe I should be reimbursed for the $1,020 penalty and refunded the $1,100 fee I paid for services that were not performed in a timely manner. Instead of taking responsibility, your response attempts to redirect attention away from the facts. I stand by my review and by the documented timeline of events. Clients deserve accurate information, timely filing of their returns, and professional communication when problems arise. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I do not recommend this company. Mr. Ortiz has refused to take responsibility or provide reimbursement. In addition, my calls and emails have gone unanswered, leaving me with no meaningful resolution to a problem that has cost me over $1,000. I am attaching documentation supporting these facts. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company and would encourage others to carefully consider their options before using their services. In my experience, Mr. Ortiz conducted himself in a highly unprofessional manner. He failed to take responsibility for his error and has not responded to my calls or emails seeking a resolution. As a paying client, I expected accountability, communication, and professionalism, but unfortunately I received none of those.”
